Would you like to play improv, find out what it feels like and what new sides of yourself you can discover? Did you take some steps already and just want to have a fun? Then this is the right course for you – a whole weekend full of improv!
Our goals: to experience the joy of playing; to let our imagination run wild; to invent stories together; and to take our first steps on to the stage.
We’ll cover some of the basics of improvised theater: attention, acceptance, saying yes, and the ping-pong principle. We’ll also play theater games and scenes to highlight some of the key aspects of improv, such as: characters, emotions, status, story, and speech. Last but not least, we will get to know some great games – a lot of fun is guaranteed!
Covid19 note: We want you to have the best improv experience possible and at the same time be as safe as possible. Therefore, we have a mask requirement in our courses. If the course cannot take place live due to a federal or cantonal Covid ordinance, it will take place online (probably via ZOOM). We adhere to all guidelines that are decided by the Federal Council and the BAG and will inform you as soon as possible if something should change in the implementation of the course.
